• That the Guysborough Municipality review alternative locations and immediately commence the closure and relocation of the Landfill site followed by the redevelopment and recovery of land with direction from the residents of Lincolnville.
• That all municipal resource management programs and planned waste management infrastructure in Nova Scotia be preceded by an inclusive and transparent consultative process with all sectors of the community and pass a public referendum before site situating or the tendering process begins.
• That full reparations and compensation be given for land displacement, health costs, and environmental contamination forced upon the Black Nova Scotian community.
• That public policy be based in mutual respect and justice for all peoples, free from any form of discrimination or bias.
• That universal protection are guaranteed to all people, regardless of race or class, against nuclear testing, extraction, production and disposal of toxic/hazardous wastes and poisons which threaten the fundamental right to clean air, land, water, and food.
